Aspire is FEED’s youth development program designed to equip young people with the tools, confidence, and opportunities they need to transition successfully into adulthood.
For many young people in Ghana, the path after school is uncertain. Financial barriers block access to higher education. The gap between secondary school and university leaves students vulnerable.
Limited mentorship, skills training, and career exposure reduce opportunity. Without structured support, potential fades.
Aspire changes that trajectory.

Aspire is not a one-time intervention.
It is a structured, interconnected pathway that guides young people from access, through development, into leadership and service. We have designed seven core pathways:
Seven interconnected pathways guiding young people from access, through development, into leadership and service.

When young people secure education and employment, entire families experience greater financial security and wellbeing.

Aspire scholars return to their schools as examples of what dedication and opportunity can achieve.

Empowered youth step into civic and community leadership roles, driving local change and advocacy.

Aspire graduates mentor younger children, creating a powerful ripple effect of learning and hope.

Aspire is designed for continuity. Scholars move through multiple pathways over time, from scholarship to mentorship, to service, to leadership.
Youth who benefit from Aspire often return as volunteers, mentors, and advocates, strengthening the cycle of impact.

Real stories from the young people Aspire walks alongside. Their journeys reflect what is possible when barriers are removed and potential is invested in.
Aspire ScholarAspire did not just give me a scholarship. It gave me people who believed in me when I was not sure I believed in myself. Today I am in university studying what I love, and I know FEED had everything to do with that.
Gap Year GraduateThe gap year was the best year of my life. I tutored children, learned digital skills, and for the first time had a plan for my future. I left with clarity, a certificate, and a network I still rely on today.
Community LeaderThrough Aspire Serves, I volunteered at Libraries Without Walls and discovered I love teaching. Now I am pursuing education as a career. Aspire showed me that giving back is not a sacrifice. It is how you find yourself.
Fund a young person’s education through the Aspire Scholarship. Your support covers school fees, books, supplies, and mentorship for a student who would otherwise be at risk of dropping out.
Walk alongside a young person as a career mentor, life coach, or skills trainer. Aspire mentors help scholars build confidence, navigate transitions, and make meaningful decisions about their futures.
Support a group of young people through the Aspire Gap Year. Your contribution covers training, materials, and programme activities that equip graduates with skills, direction, and a pathway into further education or employment.

Your support helps expand access to education, empower young leaders, and strengthen communities across Africa.
